Terms of Service
Effective June 1, 2025
1. General
These terms are a contract between you and MoLux Oy (Business ID 2254035-8, EU VAT number FI22540358), a limited liability company registered in Finland with its registered office at Suvilahdenkatu 10 A 5, 00500 Helsinki, Finland, trading under the registered auxiliary business name DoCar.io ("DoCar.io", "we", "our"). These terms govern the online service we provide at docar.io (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms.
2. Acceptance
By continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Service description
DoCar.io is a vehicle management and tracking tool that lets users document, track and report information about their classic and enthusiast vehicles, including service history, costs and parts.
4. User obligations
You agree to use the Service lawfully. You must not:
- use the Service for unauthorized or unlawful purposes;
- distribute spam or misleading content;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
- scrape data automatically without permission.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Intellectual property
MoLux Oy owns all intellectual property rights in the Service and its content. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant MoLux Oy a limited license to host and process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Payments, billing, taxes, subscription cancellations and refunds related to the Service are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are stored only by Stripe and are never handled by DoCar.io directly.

Subscription billing, renewals and cancellations are handled via Stripe's customer portal. Refund requests should be sent to support@docar.io.
8. Service level
DoCar.io does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided "as is" without separate warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
DoCar.io's total liability is limited to the service fees you paid during the preceding 12 months. DoCar.io is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Suspension and termination
DoCar.io may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, create a security risk or use the Service fraudulently.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation in the first instance.
