Terms of Service

1. General

These terms govern the online service provided by DoCar.io Oy ("DoCar.io", "we", "our") at docario-sparkle-forge.lovable.app (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Service description

DoCar.io is a vehicle management and tracking tool that lets users document, track and report information about their classic and enthusiast vehicles, including service history, costs and parts.

4. User obligations

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You must not:

• use the Service for unauthorized or unlawful purposes;
• distribute spam or misleading content;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
• scrape data automatically without permission.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Intellectual property

DoCar.io owns all intellectual property rights in the Service and its content. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant DoCar.io a limited license to host and process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Payments, billing, taxes, subscription cancellations and refunds related to the Service are handled through Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for all our subscriptions.

The order process for our subscriptions is operated online by our reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service and handles refunds.

8. Service level

DoCar.io does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided "as is" without separate warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

DoCar.io's total liability is limited to the service fees you paid during the preceding 12 months. DoCar.io is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Suspension and termination

DoCar.io may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, create a security risk or use the Service fraudulently.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation in the first instance.
