MoLux Oy (Business ID 2254035-8, EU VAT number FI22540358), trading as DoCar.io, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed through our payment provider Stripe. You can request a refund by contacting our support at support@docar.io.
Refund processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment method, typically 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
The refund right applies to all orders without specific restrictions. We do not require a specific reason for a refund within 30 days.
